CRUSHING

Our crusher is a Powerscreen Metrotrack jaw crusher with a magnetic belt that can pull out any metal. The jaw is hydraulically adjusted to make altering the product size fast and easy. Depending on the size of the material required and the product to be crushed, the crusher is capable of between 80 and 180 tons per hour.

The crusher also has a dirt belt to separate the material entering the jaw box, meaning that only clean rubble enters, and any soil or dirt is sent off on a separate conveyor belt.

 

We also have screening plants and excavators equipped with hydraulic grabs and breakers to undertake any sort of demolition or site clearance project from start to finish.
